Refund and Returns Policy

At Nairung, we carefully check every order before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To request an exchange or refund, please share your order number, clear pictures of the product, and details of the issue through WhatsApp at +92 337 4218969.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with packaging/tags where applicable.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, slight color variation due to screen or lighting, or products damaged after delivery.

Sale items can only be exchanged if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method within 7 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

Nairung reserves the right to reject any return request if the product does not meet the policy conditions.
